Zero sugar options extend Ngine drinks range

Zero sugar options extend Ngine drinks range

Best of Poland, the UK importer and distributor of category-leading Polish food and drink products, has unveiled two new sugar-free options to extend the popular Ngine range of traditional energy drinks.

Ngine Mojito Zero Sugar and Ngine Original Zero Sugar now join Ngine Original, the popular and best-selling energy drink renowned for its characteristic flavour and high quality ingredients including natural caffeine and high juice content (20 per cent), as well as its ability to deliver an instant energy boost when required.

Ngine Mojito Zero Sugar retains the well-loved Lime & Mint flavour which has made Ngine Mojito Original (250ml) a best-seller in Poland with 75 per cent of the energy drinks market – but contains zero added sugar. Like Ngine Mojito Zero Sugar, the new Ngine Original Zero Sugar also contains a high juice content, but no added sugar.

“Energy drinks are increasingly popular and it’s a rapidly growing category, but consumers are also seeking healthier options across all aspects of their diet so these two new zero sugar options are the ideal way to meet both requirements while delivering extra shopper choice,” said Debbie King, Retail Sales & Marketing Director at Best of Poland.

“Ngine is a very popular, tried and trusted energy drinks brand which offers retailers the opportunity to benefit from significant brand and category growth within the UK market, while giving consumers two new healthier and competitively priced options to meet growing demand for zero sugar products.”

All three Ngine flavours are available in 250ml cans; Ngine Original is also available in a 4 x 250ml multipack. Their brightly coloured, eye-catching designs featuring the dynamic Ngine logo ensure high visibility and on-shelf appeal.

To support the launch, Best of Poland’s activation plans include promotions, on-shelf activity, point of sale and direct to consumer engagement plans, as well as online and social media marketing, all linking back to the original Polish business.

Ngine Mojito Zero Sugar, Ngine Original and Ngine Original Zero Sugar are available in major retailers. RRP: 45p (250ml)

Gnaw ‘new-stalgia’: pud-themed Chocolate Spoons and flavoured choc bars

Tapping into “new-stalgia” (an anticipated hot food trend in 2025), Gnaw has been working tirelessly to rethink Great British puddings by creating a number of “Hug in a Mug” classics (Crème Brulée, Bakewell Tart, Sticky Toffee Pud) in conjunction with an impressive “pudfolio” of dessert-flavoured bars: New York Cheesecake, Christmas Pudding, Banoffee Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Desserts may prove divisive. For many the last course will always be a fitting finale to a great meal spent with friends of family, enticing comfort food that offers a nostalgic peek into happy custard drenched, ice cream topped memories from yesteryear. For others, desserts are an unwitting dalliance with guilt-filled soft sponges, buttery pastry, seductively sweet fillings, crumbly toppings, sticky sauces …
