The recipes have been created by Baxters’ Development Chef Darren Sivewright so that consumers can use products they have in their pantry all year round. From oozy Deep-Fried Brie with Tomato Chutney and moreish Caramelised Onion Dauphinoise Potatoes to Leftover Breakfast Naan with Chutney and Eggs and Stuffing Sausage Rolls, the 2021 collection includes Christmas canapes and sides, guaranteed to impress even the fussiest dinner party guests. With more vegan options than ever before, the homegrown British brand is catering to all crowds.

Using its classic Baxters Beetroot, Chutney, Relish and Condiments ranges, Baxters has included a range of recipes to provide alternative options to the traditional Christmas dinner, including taking a traditional wellington and elevating it with the highly popular Baxters Beetroot. For a fruity twist, pair fried brussels sprouts with a Tomato Chutney Dressing and braising cabbage with sweet Redcurrant Jelly for pairings that will truly make this Christmas special. Cooking connoisseurs can also ring in the New Year in style by pairing a New Year’s Day roast with a side of spiced roast carrots with Albert’s Victorian Chutney or roast parsnips glazed in Pineapple, Coconut and Zesty Lime Chutney.

Cheese lovers can look forward to creating stunning Charcuterie Boards with Cheese Beignets with Caramelised Onion Chutney and Baked Camembert with Alberts Victorian Chutney.

“From beetroot, chutneys and condiments, to relishes and soups, Baxters has got you covered this Christmas," said Darren.

“I know that the festive season can be a stressful time in the kitchen so each of these recipes have been designed with that in mind. Using a dollop of our chutney as a glaze or a spoonful of relish as a kick can free up a lot of time or remove a layer of pressure from any cook this year.

“As a brand we are always looking for ways to inspire with our products and we believe our new festive range of recipes is perfect for those looking for hearty, fulfilling and delicious Christmas classics.”
