Customers shopping at Budgens store are in for a special treat next week as the symbol group stores will be offering all Costa drinks at a special price.

As announced today (21), wholesaler Booker's symbol group Budgens will be offering a special one-day promotion to its customers with all regular-sized Costa drinks available for just £1. The offer will be available for one day on Tuesday (25).


This limited-time offer will be available at Costa Express machines across Budgens stores throughout the UK.

Budgens is part of the Booker Group - the UK’s largest food and drink wholesaler. It is operated as a symbol brand with stores run by independent retailers.

Colm Johnson, Retail Managing Director for Booker, said, “We’re delighted to offer this special £1 Costa Coffee Day to our Budgens consumers, delivering amazing value on their favourite Costa drinks.

"This is also a great exclusive deal for our Budgens retailers to help them drive footfall.

We’re committed to supporting our independent retailers with great prices and promotions, all year around, helping them to drive customer engagement and deliver great value in their store.”

The announcement comes close on heels of the launch of New Product Development Guide Booker to support its independent retailers

Showcasing Booker’s new group exclusives and first-to-market offerings, the guide contains over 125 new products, the guide covers all activities available to retailers, including a range of food, drinks and household essentials; Easter ranges; and low/no alcohol products which continue to remain popular with consumers.

The guide is filled with opportunities for retailers to differentiate themselves from their competitors and prepare for the Spring season ahead.

As the UK’s largest food and drink wholesaler, retailers can also take advantage of Booker’s group exclusives and branded first-to-market items, including Starbucks Skinny Grande, Jack Daniels & Coca Cola Cherry drinks; Canti Pinot Grigio and Pinot Grigio Rosé; Maltesers Mini Bunnies; and Reese’s Dipped Peanuts.
