Burton’s Biscuits and Fox’s Biscuits unite to form Fox’s Burton’s Companies

Burton’s Biscuits Company said they will be integrating with Fox’s Biscuits to form a new biscuits company in the UK.

The new company, Fox’s Burton’s Companies (FBC) UK, will be led by Burton’s chief executive Simon Browne.

“After many years of looking at one another, we are excited about bringing together two businesses that share the same passion for crafting British biscuits with care, quality and innovation,” Browne said.

The new business will continue to operate under the Ferrero-related company, which acquired Burton’s last year and Fox's Biscuits in 2020.

As part of the integration, the FBC leadership team will now be undertaking a strategic review which will determine the details behind the transition.

Burton’s leading brands include Maryland Cookies, Jammie Dodgers and Wagon Wheels.
