C4 Energy drink fuels recovery of veterans, emergency personnel with NPD

Energy drinks brand C4 Energy is set to launch a limited-edition product, in partnership with REORG, the charity dedicated to supporting veterans, military, and emergency responders.

REORG is a global non-profit organisation and community that encourages and enables veterans, military, and emergency services to use Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Functional Fitness as a form of therapy to overcome physical and mental challenges, strengthen social connection, and improve overall health and well-being.

Their work has changed and saved lives around the world, by not only providing an effective, positive means for navigating and managing the challenging psychological aspects of military and emergency service careers, but has also allowed many to find a renewed sense of purpose, identity, and community that’s often lost when transitioning to civilian life.

This innovative collaboration will see C4 Energy launch Pineapple Head, a limited-edition product range comprising a 500ml can of C4 Performance Energy, along with C4 Original Pre-Workout (PWO) in 30 and 60 serving sizes.

Available from 1 August 2023, each limited-edition product has uniquely designed packaging which prominently features the REORG "Helping Those Who Help Us" mission statement and logo. Each product will include a QR code, directing consumers straight to the REORG donations page to easily facilitate donations.

For every purchase of one of the limited-edition products, C4 Energy will also donate to the charity and further support REORG in assisting individuals dealing with service-related mental and physical challenges, including the complex array of obstacles that accompany the transition to civilian life.

REORG’s range of carefully curated programmes are designed to address the unique needs faced by veterans, emergency services, and military personnel - not only meeting individuals where they are in life, but also supporting them in cultivating lasting change and habits that break the cycle of struggle while fostering continual growth in all aspects of their lives.

With RRPs of £1.59 per can, £26.99 for 30 serves of pre-workout powder, and £36.99 for 60 serves, and the newly launched products will be stocked in convenience stores.

“At REORG, we believe in the power of Jiu Jitsu and Functional Fitness to serve as a catalyst for positive change and rehabilitation," said Mark Ormrod, award-winning author, coach, and REORG Trustee. "Through our range of innovative programmes, we strive to provide individuals with the physical and mental support they need to overcome the challenges they face both during and after serving in the armed forces or emergency services. We also create a safe and supportive community that can help fill the void often experienced by veterans when transitioning back to their civilian lives.”
