Clearspring adds flavours to Organic Purée range

Clearspring adds flavours to Organic Purée range

Organic food brand Clearspring has added three new Organic Fruit Purées to its popular and convenient purée range: Apple Banana Strawberry, Apple Mango Coconut and Pear Apple Peach. The new trio of fruit purées build on the success of Clearspring’s existing Organic Fruit Purée offering, which comes in a selection of delicious single fruit and two-fruit blend varieties.

“In partnership with our Italian family producer, who has been perfecting fruit purées for over 25 years, we have created something really special," said Maria Dawson, Director at Clearspring. "We have painstakingly worked on the recipes for each of our three new fruit purées, bringing together the unique and refreshing flavours each fruit has to offer to create a blend which truly delights your palate.

Clearspring Organic Fruit Purées are made using minimal heat, to ensure that the fruits retain their natural goodness.

The new additions, along with the wider range, are made without added sugar, ascorbic acid, concentrates, sweeteners, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

Each pot can be enjoyed just as it is, in a packed lunch, added to smoothies, porridge or anything needing a burst of fruity flavour. Each pack contains two handy long-life, ambient-stored, sealed pots.

The three new Organic Fruit Purée pots join Clearspring’s existing range of 11 flavoured pots and 3 refreshing on-the-go pouches.

Gnaw ‘new-stalgia’: pud-themed Chocolate Spoons and flavoured choc bars

Tapping into “new-stalgia” (an anticipated hot food trend in 2025), Gnaw has been working tirelessly to rethink Great British puddings by creating a number of “Hug in a Mug” classics (Crème Brulée, Bakewell Tart, Sticky Toffee Pud) in conjunction with an impressive “pudfolio” of dessert-flavoured bars: New York Cheesecake, Christmas Pudding, Banoffee Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Desserts may prove divisive. For many the last course will always be a fitting finale to a great meal spent with friends of family, enticing comfort food that offers a nostalgic peek into happy custard drenched, ice cream topped memories from yesteryear. For others, desserts are an unwitting dalliance with guilt-filled soft sponges, buttery pastry, seductively sweet fillings, crumbly toppings, sticky sauces …
