Country Choice launches "Customer Live" customer engagement drive

Country Choice, supplier of in-store bakery and food-to-go solutions for the convenience retail sector, has introduced a customer satisfaction service, "Customer Live". This real-time feedback programme places the needs and opinions of customers at the forefront of the company's commitment to continuous improvement.

“At Country Choice, we understand that our customers' experiences are key, and we are dedicated to creating a seamless and customer-centric environment from the first point of contact to delivery and after sales,” said Phil Carratt, the company’s Head of Marketing & Strategy. “With the launch of ‘Customer Live’, we are inviting our customers to actively participate in shaping their experiences with our products and services.

“Through ‘Customer Live’, our customers can share their thoughts and feedback, both positive and constructive, through a quick survey about their deliveries or relationship with Country Choice, that are emailed to them monthly. By providing us with real-time insight into their experiences we will gain valuable information that will allow us to identify areas for improvement.”

"Customer Live" will enable Country Choice to address and resolve immediate concerns, ensuring that its customers receive the best possible service, and understand what matters most to its customers so that it can prioritise and address critical pain points to enhance overall customer satisfaction. It will also allow the business to track positive changes resulting from customer feedback, ensuring that any concerns are heard and acted upon. And, because Country Choice also believes in acknowledging and celebrating exceptional service, customers will also be able to use "Customer Live" to recognise any member of the Country Choice team who has delivered an outstanding experience or gone above and beyond to serve them.

“By taking a few moments to complete these surveys our customers can play a crucial role in helping us make meaningful changes that matter to them. Their input will help us to shape the future of our products and services and provide an even better customer experience based on their feedback,” concluded Carratt.
