Danone announces big push for c-stores with dedicated ‘DANONE-THE-GO’ website

Danone UK & Ireland has demonstrated its serious intent and commitment to the convenience channel today with the launch of a brand-new category management website "DANONE-THE-GO"’" dedicated for trade customers.

The DANONE-THE-GO website combines key category trends, downloadable planograms, range recommendations, merchandising advice, and top tips all in one accessible place, and tailored to independent stores. The site serves as a go-to for advice on relevant categories, clear recommendations and provides clarity on what the best-selling SKUs are and what store owners should look to stock to help drive sales.

Retail insolvencies remained flat in the lead up to the Budget, shows a recent report, though experts feel that a wave of distress is expected following the Chancellor’s increase in employers’ National Insurance contributions and National Minimum Wage.
