EDGEPoS to rollout new BP payment and loyalty terminals

Henderson Technology has announced the successful pilot stage of BP’s new payment and loyalty terminal in a range has been a success.

The new terminals, which have been trialled at BP site throughout the EDGEPoS estate, now are fully integrated with award winning global EPOS system, EDGEPoS.


Darren Nickels, retail technology operations director of Henderson Technology said: “We are excited to launch our successful interface with BP and look forward to the roll out across all BP and EDGEPoS sites over the coming months. Then we will launch our innovative EDGEPoS Self-Checkout to all BP sites.”

As part of a full rollout to all BP EDGEPoS stores, the pilot will be in 20 stores by the end of July.

Antrim SPAR store celebrates 15 years of community service

Charles and Rhonda Henderson, owners of SPAR Parkhall, are celebrating 15 years serving their community as a SPAR store.

The store opened in 2005 trading as MACE Parkhall until 2009 when they began trading with Henderson Group, under the SPAR brand. Upon opening, the store had just 12 employees which has since doubled to 24 people from the local community working in the store.
