Fabulosa reports record year

Fabulosa reports record year

Fragrance-led homecare brand Fabulosa has delivered another year of record trading with ambitious growth plans for 2024.

With its product portfolio now stretching to over 14 different categories, the Cheshire-based firm closed its latest financial year (ending 31 August 2023) with a 17 per cent uplift in turnover to £38.1 million. Fabulosa noted that it was the only leading fragrance brand to have grown its volume market share in the UK bargain store sector.

Over the course of the year, the company widened its reach outside the cleaning sector and achieved further international expansion with more than 20 per cent of its sales now driven from overseas.

Fabulosa stated that its product lines, such as disinfectant, air care, and surface care, continued to perform “exceptionally”, whilst benefitting from a surge in sales in newer categories such as fragranced toilet paper.

Adam Burnett, Global Brand Director at Fabulosa, commented: “Reflecting on our accomplishments, we are immensely proud to be ending another year on a high note. It is truly humbling to witness the overwhelming demand for our brand both in the UK and on a global scale, and we are eager to build on this success in 2024. The next 12 months will see us continue to excel overseas, drive further domestic growth and most importantly – continue to lead the way in fragrance innovation.”
