Geek Bar launches zero nicotine vapes

Geek Bar launches zero nicotine vapes

Geek Bar has announced the launch of a new zero nicotine disposable vape, helping ex-smokers on their quitting journey.

The latest addition will include 575 puffs and will use the same high quality battery technology already used by Geek Bar.

“Due to the popularity of Geek Bar in the UK, we’re delighted to add this new zero nicotine range to our product offering,” Allen Yang, chief executive at Geek Bar, said.

“Nicotine vapes of varying strengths are hugely important in ex-smokers’ quitting journey, and for those smokers coming towards the end of their smoking cessation journey, the zero-nicotine vape is an important milestone,” he added.

According to the NHS, while nicotine is “relatively harmless” and almost all of the harm from smoking comes from the thousands of other chemicals in tobacco smoke, the “main reason that people smoke is because they are addicted to nicotine.”

Launching this month, zero nicotine Geek Bar disposable vapes will be available in specialist vape retail outlets and convenience stores. It comes in the following flavours: Pink Lemonade, Sweet Strawberry, Mango Ice, Passion Fruit, Banana Ice, Sour Apple, Watermelon Ice, Blueberry Ice, Strawberry Ice Cream and Grape.

As part of the brand’s efforts to tackle illegal vapes, consumers and retailers can check the authenticity of products by verifying the security code at Geek Bar website.

Retailers and distributors can also report suspected counterfeit and non-compliant products at legal@geekbar.com and the company is incentivising retailers to report counterfeits or products that do not comply with UK regulations.
