Jägermeister X Deliveroo Partnership Extends

Mast-Jaegermeister UK is extending its nationwide partnership with Deliveroo through July as the Covid-19 pandemic continues and consumers are heavily relying on food deliveries.

According to a recent CGA report Covid-19 Insights: Delivery, food delivery features heavily as part of a Big Night In, with more than one-third of consumers also planning on buying shop-bought alcohol.

The report reveals there is a clear demand for drinks, in particular “virtual big nights in” and Deliveroo features amongst the top 5 food delivery services. This Jägermeister X Deliveroo partnership offers consumers the opportunity to create a fun occasion at home while supporting retailers with a spirits product that meets the needs of its customers.

In addition to the 200,000 specialty bottles of Jägermeister and Jägermeister Cold Brew Coffee being provided to the off-trade across grocery and convenience, including Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Asda and the Co-Op, bottles are available for purchase with free delivery on Jägermeister’s eshop (https://www.jagershop.co.uk) for those who aren’t able to make it to their local retailer.

Each bottle will have a specialty collar with a code redeemable on the Deliveroo app for a £5 credit when spending £20 with the delivery service. In addition, there will be the chance for 200 consumers to win an additional £50 credit to use at hundreds of Deliveroo participating restaurants nationwide when using the app. In store, specialty bottles are available in 70cl and 35cl formats, and 50cl in the impulse channel. Online, 70cl bottles will offer a Deliveroo discount code.

Mast-Jaegermeister UK Marketing Director, Nicole Goodwin, says: “We have worked to continue our Deliveroo partnership following Covid-19 developments urging consumers to stay home. With these specialty bottles of Jägermeister we are providing our consumers and customers products and promotions that will support them during this uncertain time.”
