JJ launches nationwide driver recruitment campaign
Drivers at JJ Foodservice's Enfield Branch

JJ Foodservice is recruiting drivers across the UK in anticipation of an increase in demand as restaurants and pubs prepare to re-open on April 12th.

The wholesaler is currently recruiting drivers across its 11 UK branches – including "family friendly" positions that fit in around term times.

Despite the devastating impact of COVID, JJ retained almost every member of its team and grew sales by 1.3 per cent for the past calendar year, while customer numbers increased by 22 per cent.

“With outdoor hospitality opening on April 12th and indoor venues opening from May 17th we anticipate a surge in demand,” said Head of Operations, Kaan Hendekli.

“Having taken on 22 per cent more customers last year, we want to make sure we are ready to respond,” he added.
