Lost Mary launches first four-pod system

Lost Mary launches first four-pod system

Vaping company Lost Mary has launched the 4-in-1 pod kit, the brand’s first four-pod system.

Delivering up to 3,200 puffs, the reusable and rechargeable pod kit holds four 2ml prefilled pods, offering the choice of four Lost Mary flavours in one device.

Flavours are integral in encouraging adult smokers to quit cigarettes and adopt vaping, as noted by the Royal College of Physicians. Lost Mary 4-in-1 supports the demand and important role flavours play while strengthening the brand’s market leadership with reusable products, the first of which was introduced in late 2023, long before the single-use ban was proposed.

Two Vaping Modes For A Customisable Experience

Lost Mary 4-in-1 has two vaping modes. Normal Mode delivers up to 2,400 puffs, while Economy Mode allows up to 3,200 puffs for an extended vaping experience at a lower power setting. One click of a button toggles between the two, and the device displays when Economy Mode is active.

Four Flavours For More Convenience

By housing four prefilled 2ml pods, the Lost Mary 4-in-1 e-liquid lasts up to four times longer than its single-use counterpart. The prefilled pods can be replaced once empty.

Its larger e-liquid capacity reduces the need for frequent refills, providing extended convenience and greater cost efficiency. The device’s carousel mechanism makes rotating between flavours so easy it can be done with one hand.

Power Display Screen With Interactive Screen

Compact in design to fit comfortably in your pocket, Lost Mary 4-in-1 has an interactive display screen that shows the remaining battery life of its 850mAh battery and if the pods are correctly aligned. The battery can be quickly recharged using a Type-C USB.

Enhanced Taste With Advanced Mesh Coil

Lost Mary 4-in-1 also features an advanced QUAQ MESH coil to maximise flavour and minimise e-liquid loss during atomisation to make every drop count.

"Flavours play an important role for the millions of UK adult smokers and ex-smokers who choose to vape as a substitute,” said Chris Kader, head of PR and communications for Lost Mary in the UK. “Lost Mary 4-in-1 offers a convenient and cost-efficient alternative to single-use vapes, with a focus on flavour variety that is instrumental in helping many smokers transition.”

Lost Mary 4-in-1 is available in ten editions, each featuring four prefilled mixed flavours. Replaceable pods with 20 mg/ml nicotine-strength e-liquid are available in 16 flavours, including Lost Mary favourites like Pineapple Ice, Strawberry Ice, and Blueberry Sour Raspberry.

Pernod Ricard UK ignites festive spirit with marketing push

Pernod Ricard UK ignites festive spirit with marketing push

As December rapidly approaches, Pernod Ricard UK is ramping up its festive marketing efforts, anticipating a resurgence in consumer confidence after a challenging year. The UK’s second-largest wine and spirits supplier is set to inspire consumers to choose Premium+ Spirits as the perfect gift or the ultimate addition to any home celebration. Throughout 2024, Premium+ Spirits have consistently outperformed Standard offerings, making this higher end of the sector a vital margin driver.

“Since last Christmas, consumer confidence has been on the rise and the outlook for the final month of 2024 is positive," said Chris Shead, Off-Trade Channel Director for Pernod Ricard UK. "Gifting and hosting remain two key trends and retailers should focus on increasing space in-store for Premium Spirits that act as the perfect gift or cocktail ingredient when wanting to show off in front of friends and family. Where possible, we encourage retailers to prioritise categories that have been capturing the hearts of consumers and this year, our big winners have been Altos Tequila, Kahlúa and Bumbu Rum, and we expect our Champagnes, G.H. Mumm and Perrier-Jouët, to be the toast of choice for festive parties this year.”
