Fast-growing alternative milk brand Minor Figures has announced launch of a new Barista Chai Concentrate.

Joining the brand’s extensive range of barista standard, plant-based products, this new and improved chai product is 100% organic.

Perfect for pairing with their signature Barista Oat M*lk, this carton makes 20 Chai Lattes when you mix 1 part chai with four parts Oat M*lk. It can be enjoyed hot, iced, or mixed into a chai cocktail.

Made using only organic ingredients, the product boasts a sweeter, spicier recipe than the brand’s previous chai offering. The packaging has also undergone a bold makeover, complete with a new addition to the iconic Minor Figures character range. As with the rest of the range it is plant-based, vegan and 100% carbon neutral.

“Our new Organic Chai Concentrate is an infusion of high-quality loose leaf teas mixed with the finest natural spices. It is slow-brewed to capture the purity and intensity of every ingredient. We look forward to hearing what our customers think,” said Stuart Forsyth, Minor Figures co-founder and chief executive.

Barista Chai Concentrate will be available from wholesalers including Estate Dairy and Stores Supply (RRP: £4.99/1 litre).

The launch follows a period of sustained growth for the plant-based pioneers, who predict a 100 per cent YOY growth in revenue for the next three years ahead. Now stocked in over 2,500 grocery stores across the UK and more than 5,000 coffee shops and independents, Minor Figures are also seeing success internationally, with their products available in more than 40 countries worldwide.
