Pork Farm releases Platinum pork pie and new look in time for Jubilee

Pork pie brand Pork Farms has wrapped its all-time favourite pork pie in regal colours, which also debuts the brand's fresh new packaging.

Available now throughout their extensive network of retail convenience partners, the ‘Special Jubilee Edition Original Pork Pie’ will offer consumers a chance to celebrate the Jubilee holiday in style with one of our most beloved British foods. The tasty treat will be individually wrapped, retailing at around £2.00.


The brand said the Platinum Jubilee-inspired pork pie is perfect for any royal enthusiast. The long-standing recipe combines 100% British pork, perfectly seasoned and encased in a traditionalhot water crustpastry.

"We’re delighted to showcase a pork pie fit for Her Majesty, The Queen, just in time for the nation's Jubilee celebrations. The pork pie has always been a British favourite, and we’ll be very proud to feature in picnics, barbeques and celebration parties across the UK throughout the Jubilee weekend," said Jason Manley, head of marketing for Pork Farms.

The Special Jubilee pork pie is also the first to feature Pork Farms' fresh new look, designed to attract new audiences to the humble pork pie.

Manley added: "Our new look packaging retains all the traditional elements our customers have long associated with the Pork Farms name – heritage, provenance and an iconically British culture, whilst modernising our look and feel to bring fresh, quality cues to the fixture."
