Pot Noodle Fusions – new Korean BBQ Beef flavour

Pot Noodle Fusions – new Korean BBQ Beef flavour

Pot Noodle is releasing a new flavour in its successful Fusions range, Korean BBQ Beef. This exciting new innovation taps into the fast-growing food trend of Korean street food and delivers the bold flavour that Pot Noodle consumers expect from the brand.

To launch the new flavour, Pot Noodle partnered with Co-op Academies, giving students the opportunity to inspire the designs of the in-store point of sale. The students went through a Dragon’s Den style competition with the winning design now on point of sale in more than 1,200 Co-op stores.

The noodle category is driven by impulse purchases, so unique and on-trend flavours encourage trial of new products, which helps retain loyalists and recruit new consumers. Taste is also the most important factor that motivates a consumer’s decision to purchase pot or packet noodle products, with 77% of shoppers citing it as very important. Pot Noodle Fusions Korean BBQ Beef allows shoppers to try more adventurous flavours in an accessible way.

Pot Noodle Fusions Korean BBQ Beef is available now exclusively at Co-op for three months, and will roll out to the wider grocery channel from January.
