Rebel Kitchen launch into snacking with Coconut Bytes

Rebel Kitchen launch into snacking with Coconut Bytes

Milk Alternative brand, Rebel Kitchen, is set to launch into the snacking category with new organic "Coconut Bytes". Already famous for offering organic plant-based alternatives with their Rebel Mylk, the brand's ‘no compromise’ message continues with their new range, which they claim is the answer to a lack of snacks that are organic, plant-based, better for you and with leading sustainable credentials versus the current offerings in the snacking category.

The launch will hero the range name with tagline "Byte Me" driving both trial and showcasing their "no compromise" credentials launching today (4th of November).

The launch of Rebel Kitchen’s new organic Coconut Bytes coincides with the growth of plant based products and alongside increasing demand post-COVID-19 for organic food and drink, which currently is growing ahead of non-organic food and drink. The brand claim that whilst demand is high for organic and plant based options, there is still little choice in the snacking category for a product that fulfils both needs.

“Consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of what they eat, where it comes from and its environmental impact. There aren’t enough organic and plant-based alternatives and we’re on a mission to change that," said Ben Arbib, founder and owner of Nurture Brands.

The brand’s new Organic Coconut Bytes are crunchy, bite-sized snacks made from a few simple minimally processed ingredients like coconut, tapioca and a pinch of sea salt. Like many of the brand's existing products, they are free from gluten, free from dairy and contain no flavourings, preservatives or artificial ingredients. In addition, the snacks are a good source of fibre and are certified Vegan. The range has two varieties: Chocolate and Caramel flavour.

“At Rebel Kitchen, we are focused on bold ethics and sustainability from the ground up. We donate one per cent of our revenue to develop and support projects that encourage regenerative organic farming practices to help protect the environment and the livelihoods of coconut farmers in the Philippines, long-term” added Arbib.

Rebel Kitchen Organic Coconut Bytes will be available in 26g from today at rebel-kitchen.com and in nationwide retailers in the coming months. The launch will be also be supported by their "Byte Me" social media campaign followed by OOH early next year.

Jameson teams up with Admiral, for a tracksuit modelled by Kyle Jameson

Irish Whiskey brand Jameson has been the English Football League's (EFL) main spirits sponsor for two seasons and is deeply entrenched in all aspects of the league, including player sponsorships. It has now signed up with Admiral to celebrate both brands' association with the beautiful game. They have worked closely together to create a full retro-inspired tracksuit in Jameson’s signature green, featuring key elements from Admiral’s world-famous designs for team performance wear, to create a slouchy royal green trackie ready prepped for pubs, presents, party games and freezing cold five-a-sides this Christmas.

Jameson shares a history rich with the beautiful game, so teaming up with an iconic heritage brand like Admiral felt like a natural fit, with the results speaking for themselves,” said Josh McCarthy, Brand Director for Pernod Ricard UK. “A classic tracksuit, from two classic brands, to look sharp after the match when buying your mates a round of Jameson, Ginger and Lime. Nostalgia is everywhere at the moment and growing up in Leicester, there was no shortage of Admiral tops in the park and at the local football clubs.”
