Skwishee’s Bring Your Own Cup Day returns

Skwishee’s Bring Your Own Cup Day returns

Frozen-fizzy drinks brand Skwishee has announced the return of its Bring Your Own Cup Day event, which will take place on Saturday, October 26.

Skwishee encourages customers to get creative and fill up their favourite pumpkin, cauldron, chalice or something even spookier for just £2.49.

The event, which runs between 10am and 7pm, is anticipated to welcome thousands of customers at more than 200 partner stores across the country.

Alongside the promotion, customers could be in with the chance to win a range of prizes by submitting photos of their creative containers with the hashtag #skwisheebyoc, and tagging Skwishee on social media.

The in-store event is free to run for the retailers, with all marketing, point-of-sale material and stock provided free of charge by Skwishee. Raza Rehman, Skwishee Director, explained: “Coming from a retail background ourselves, we know what it takes to help our stockists stand out and become destination stores, event-led marketing is what makes us disruptive in this industry”.

National Sales Manager, David Bateman said, “We are truly invested in driving footfall into our partner stores, creating enhanced brand exposure for Skwishee, and encouraging new customers into the stores through the hype of nationwide marketing.

“Last year, we saw Skwishee fans making their own cups by carving out fruit and customising a variety of containers. This speaks to the enhanced loyalty and excitement that Skwishee brings, and we cannot wait to see what Skwishers bring this year.”

Current flavours on the Skwishee line-up include Frozen Raspberry, Mad Mango, Redberrylicious and Dragon’s Blood.

This follows up on Skwishee’s other popular event in the year, Free Skwishee Day, which took place in May and saw over 250,000 cups of the frozen drink poured during the event.
