Soreen Snowy Delights are coming to town

Soreen Snowy Delights are coming to town

This festive season Soreen is bringing back its Christmas Loaf, and limited-edition Mini Loaves.

The fruity Loaf is packed with a mix of raisins, currants and cherries, along with a hint of citrus and warming winter spices – tasting just like a Christmas Pudding – a perfect winter warmer alongside a cuppa on a cold Winter’s day for just 160 calories per portion.

It also contains 87 per cent less saturated fat and 38 per cent less sugar than the average Christmas pudding choice, meaning it can be enjoyed guilt-free. Soreen’s Christmas Loaf is also HFSS-compliant and Vegan Friendly.

“We know that 79 per cent of UK households like to buy from the cake aisle in the run up to Christmas, which is 30 per cent more than the rest of the year," said Liz Jacobs, Marketing Director. "Therefore, we understand that this is a time of indulgence for tasty treats and flavoursome snacks, however we find that families are also interested in healthier choices in the build up to the holidays.

“Our Deliciously Snowy range provides the perfect combination, offering families a tasty treat that is low in calories, low in saturated fat and still retains that squidgy Soreen deliciousness to satisfy the taste buds either on-the-go, after or between meals.

“We know that people love to celebrate the festivities in the run up to the big day with a seasonal snack, so rather than grab a mince pie why not reach for Soreen’s healthier winter mini-loaves, packed full of flavour.”

Soreen is also bringing back its limited-edition individually wrapped Mini Loaves which come in two flavours, Raspberry & White Chocolate and Gingerbread, both of which are vegan and come in at under 100 calories per bar, making for a tasty but healthier treat to be enjoyed throughout the festive season.

New product developments and innovations have helped boost Soreen sales over the past few years, with Soreen growing seven times faster than the cake category. Last year their Winter Mini Loaves grew by 40 per cent and their limited-edition Raspberry & White Chocolate Mini Loaves featured in the top five bestselling Christmas cakes.

The Limited Edition Raspberry & White Chocolate and Gingerbread Flavoured Mini Loaves are £1.50. The Deliciously Snowy Christmas Loaf has an RRP of £1.50.
