Tesco offers budget range Jack's to Budgens and Londis

Tesco is offering more than 30 products from their own-brand Jack’s for Budgens and Londis to sell in stores from this month.

The move comes after 50 items from the budget brand, which launched back in 2018, was roll-out across One Stop shops last month.

Each store can choose which products to stock with the list varying from meat, cheese, cakes and seafood - the full list is yet to be confirmed.

Londis and Budgens are both owned by wholesaler Booker - having 2,000 and 260 stores open across the UK respectively.

Booker has not confirmed if all stores will have access to the Jack’s products but those who do can decide on what price they charge.

Jack’s was originally created by Tesco in a bid to take on budget supermarkets Aldi and Lidl with 12 stores currently open.
