Whitley Neill gears up for summer with new range

Whitley Neill gears up for summer

The UK’s number one premium gin brand, Whitley Neill, has announced that it is further expanding its range of award winning gins with the launch of new Pineapple and Peach variants.

Inspired by founder Johnny Neill’s travels to the Americas, Whitley Neill Pineapple Gin is distilled with a focus on the zesty sweetness of Costa Rican Pineapples. It can be enjoyed with a simple mixer such as a light tonic, lemonade or elderflower, or even for creating a range of delicious summery cocktails such as a Pina Colada or French Martini.

Whitley Neill Peach Gin also takes inspiration from Johnny’s travels, this time from his frequent visits to South Africa, with a focus on sweet, luscious peaches that he has enjoyed during his many trips. It offers a delicious taste of summer, with a tropical peach flavour that balances well alongside citrusy notes, all rounded off with a peppery juniper. It works perfectly with a simple mixer, or for twist on a Peach Bellini.

James Stocker, Marketing Director, Halewood Artisanal Spirits, comments; “Tropical flavours are continuing to perform well in the spirits category, with our Whitley Neill Watermelon and Kiwi and Mango and Lime gins that we launched last summer proving to be some of our fastest selling flavours.

Gnaw ‘new-stalgia’: pud-themed Chocolate Spoons and flavoured choc bars

Tapping into “new-stalgia” (an anticipated hot food trend in 2025), Gnaw has been working tirelessly to rethink Great British puddings by creating a number of “Hug in a Mug” classics (Crème Brulée, Bakewell Tart, Sticky Toffee Pud) in conjunction with an impressive “pudfolio” of dessert-flavoured bars: New York Cheesecake, Christmas Pudding, Banoffee Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Desserts may prove divisive. For many the last course will always be a fitting finale to a great meal spent with friends of family, enticing comfort food that offers a nostalgic peek into happy custard drenched, ice cream topped memories from yesteryear. For others, desserts are an unwitting dalliance with guilt-filled soft sponges, buttery pastry, seductively sweet fillings, crumbly toppings, sticky sauces …
