Win a perfect weekend in Cadbury Hot Chocolate on-pack promotion

Cadbury Hot Chocolate on-pack promotion

A new promotion is set to roll out across Cadbury hot chocolate core packs from January in order to help retailers drive additional sales from the popular brand this winter. The "Make it Yours" competition will feature on Cadbury Drinking Chocolate 500g and Cadbury Instant Hot Chocolate 400g packs from mid-January for three months.

Lucky shoppers can enter their information at www.makeityours.cadbury.co.uk for the chance to win their Perfect £5,000 Weekend – with festivals, spa days, football experiences and more up for grabs – as well as one of thousands of Cadbury Hot Chocolate hampers. With the highest rate of sale across hot chocolate, the range is set to see an even larger boost in sales this winter as Make it Yours hits packs.

“The winter months are of course the key selling season for hot beverages like hot chocolate so it’s important that retailers make the most of the additional shoppers and sales opportunities at this time of year," said Lorena Moyano, Brand Manager for Cadbury Hot Chocolate at Mondelēz International. "That’s why we’re bringing the Make it Yours promotion to life across our bestselling range – generating extra stand-out on shelf to encourage sales at this key time and offering our consumers the chance to win some really fun prizes. It’s a win-win!”

The winner of the Perfect Weekend prize will have the chance to build their weekend experience with Cadbury Hot Chocolate, worth up to £5,000. They can choose from a VIP festival weekend, a luxury family adventure weekend, an at-home VIP party, a VIP theme park adventure, an exclusive football weekend or a luxurious golf and spa weekend; so there really is something for everyone.

Make it Yours will be live on packs from mid-January to mid-April. Retailers should stock up on Cadbury Drinking Chocolate 500g and Cadbury Instant Hot Chocolate 400g and site them in their main hot beverages fixture to make the most of the buzz around this exciting promotion.
